Hi, first off, apologies if the answer to this question is already on this forum, I did a search and could not find it.
I work for a company who has just purchased a second hand DCS500, I have managed to get it all set up with the exception of the AA/Messaging system, it is an SVMI-8.
The company we purchased it off sanitised the HDD before shipping and when I telneted in, all I got was "operating system not found".
I managed to get DOS onto it, and now get a C:\ prompt, but obviously the main software isn't on it.
I have searched high and low on the internet for the software with no luck, does anyone have any suggestions?
Regards (and thanks)

Looks like they deleted the operating sytem off the hard drive. Send it in for repair. That's the only way to get it repaired

Try and get your money back and buy a working unit. Repair is probably $500+
