I have a Mitel 5000 (v 5.1sp4) behind a Comcast business Gateway firewall (SMC)
I configured port Forwarding rules and have remote access and can get a remotely deployed phone up but not pass audio. Anyone run into this?

make sure you have opened all the ports recommended by mitel, make sure your extension is set to NAT not NATIVE in the ip settings (that will give you one way audio otherwise). Check the TCP and UDP ports requiered by MITEL and make sure the particular model phone has the ports it needs, older models need different ports.
