No. You will need an ACTU3A processor to use an LVMU

No Problem.
Minimum software level for an LVMU is 4.2 . An ACTU2A can only be upgraded to ver 3.10

Yes, need the same ACTU3A processor. The minimum software level is higher for a Strata Messaging, but that processor is upgradable.
