I need to do an extension swap but one of the extension is associated with an IP phone. Would I still do the same method of swapping from an Admin phone or is there something else involved being that one of the is an IP phone and the other is is a station phone.

I tested it with doing the swap as I usually would and everything is working except this phone does not receive/hear pages for some reason.
