I have a customer with a 7100 that wants to save the Call Record messages to a MP3 file or similar.Is this possible?

If you send them to your voicemail they would be a .wav file. otherwise you'd have to log into the voicemail and manually download the files. voicemail to email is the eaisest way to accomplish this
