I've taken over maintenance on CICS, V7 I believe. The customer recently switched to Comcast and now wants the Caller Id to display. I have programmed earlier Nortels, so I am basically familiar with their programming procedures. I entered programming for installers, went to Caller ID and set it to yes for each line. Still no CID. Does it require activation at each set? Are there other procedures related to programming?

Yes, in Terminals & Sets, go to Telco Features and Feature Assigment - you can add CID for each line to the sets there.
