OS7400 V4.60b I've configured an UCD queue for incoming calls for the switchboard so when the staff is on the phone, the caller is answered with something and when the staff are free, they get the call. The customer wants the caller to get this message but they want some audible indicator of a call in queue.
I've tried an SP key but the alarm won't ring while the switchboard is in use, it only rings after the hang up on the current call. The manual says a CS key will flash and optionally ring but I haven't found where to make this optionally ring.
Any ideas on how to get a call in queue to give an audible noise at the logged in and in use station?

You need to set the threefold for the visual and/or audible alarms when you use a cs key.

I'm not sure what you mean by the "threefold"? I don't see anything in system timers, system counters, class of service, or system options.

That should be threshold not threefold, I didn't see that when I fixed up the rest of my typos.
The setting is in system timers
