Hello everyone. I'm trying to add DISA on my customer's FXII system and I can dial the DID, get system access tone, dial #08 for authorization code, enter an authorization code, get a second dial tone, but when I dial 9 for ARS, I get a fast busy. Not sure what I'm missing here, any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'd check the COS for your line to line connections programming.

I checked the COS for the user assigned to the authorization code and it has access to all of the lines. I checked the line group and they have unsupervised enabled.
Should I be looking for something else?
