Has anyone had issues with having an analog co ring at a local cabinet and an Esi-link site? The call only rings once on the local site and then stops but continues to ring at the remote site.

They said that it was not a supported feature. I am sure that we have done this at other locations. We are running the latest version of software and sys programmer.

How do you have the line programmed? Is it supposed to ring both locations simultaneously?
I have several ESI-Linked sites that have no issues with CO ringing. I am not sure what the tech meant when they said "it is not a supported feature."
