Loaded licenses on the PBX and got the software & drivers installed just fine. PC is Windows 7 Professional (not sure if 32 or 64 bit).
Trouble is, on the recorder software the "record" tab shows "not initialised" in the screen in red and it is not recording calls.
It's been at least 5 years since I've installed Dterm VSR software. Anyone have a clue?

VSR works on Windows 7 Professional, go to the NTAC site to verify you have the latest version

Here's the resolution:
NEC sent the Dterm VSR software and hardware together. The install CD for the PC contained Dterm VSR software 2.2.4.
The correct version of the software was called IP/Dterm recorder 3.0.
When I was searching the NTAC site, I was searching for Dterm VSR and did not see the IP/Dterm recorder software download.
Thanks NEC. Sure, just change the name of the software, oh and send me the out of date stuff off the shelf... nice.
