Installing a new sv8300 with an existing avst callxpress voicemail. All integration works,msg lights, calls go to correct boxes,etc. The issue is when an extension is dialed, the transfer begins but as soon as the voicemail port drops out the call disconnects. This is happening on internal as well as external calls. I can manually hookflash and transfer on the analog vm ports with my butt-set.Not sure where the issue may be.

Voice mail timing and or hookflash count. Has to be if you can do it with a butt set.
