Not very familiar with this system. I am looking for help on a ringing situation. When calling the main number it will ring to the auto attendant most of the time. Occasionally there will be a call that will ring into the Toshiba and stay ringing in the toshiba until you hang up the phone. I can hear it making ticking sounds with the ring in my ear so I think my call is stuck in there. Would this be a bad port or something that needs to be replaced? Thanks in advance.

My guess bad port on RCOU or RCOS. But try a system reset first before changing cards.

If you're hearing the RSTU card(single line)ports clicking on an incoming ringing call then I would look at a bad Single line port or a bad voicemail port if it's an external VM, or possibly still incorrect programming of a distributive hunt group. It could be one of many different scenario's and with "Not being very familiar" it could benefit you to call in a certified Toshiba technician.

You don't say if you have copper lines or a T1-Pri with DIDs.
If you have a PRi, you would have to see what DIDs are supposed to ring on what phones and do appropriate forwarding.
If you have copper lines and they are in a CO hunt group to you and all are set to ring some station(s) you should look at each line in programs 81, 82, 83, 84, 85, 86 and 87 to see what lines ring on what stations.
