We have put authorization codes on OfficeServ 7400 and now the problem is some extension cannot dial other extension internally.For example when trying to dial extension thats start with 1,it require authorization code first.And again the switchboard that was able to connect mobile to mobile,recently because of authorization codes is unable.

Can you elaborate a bit more.
When you say internal are you talking SPNET?

Forced auth codes mean you can't get an outside line for ANY call type (PSTN, VOIP, ISDN, ETC) without first entering an auth code, this includes external transfer to mobile.
