I have encountered this problem 2 times and am at a loss about how to proceed.
Here is the scenario. A user has many new messages in their mailbox when arriving to work. When retrieving new messages, as the user listens to the new messages, they want to delete ONLY the current message, and there may be several unheard messages left. Following the instructions in the user guide, they press 3 followed by 1, which to my understanding is supposed to delete only the current message. However it deletes ALL the messages, even those that have not yet been heard. They have tried just using 3 and it does the same thing.
I have obviously missed something here. Can someone assist? Thanks!

What does the prompt tell you to do?

Brokeda, I don't recall the exact wording, but it is something to the effect do I want to delete new messages. I do not want to delete all new messages, only the current message. The prompt is the same when I use 3 + 1, or if I just use 3. That is why I am not sure what to do. Can you help?
