VA Tele-Tek Member Joined: Jan 2004 Posts: 226 Virginia Beach	Does anyone know how to reset the admin password for this DVR? I acquired an old customers DVR for my house and need to change the configuration. Tried all of the defaults to no avail. Thanks in advance!

Try this- 5.1.5.3 Load Factory Password This item allows the administrator to reload the factory password in case the administrator cannot remember the password. There are three options to select from: <Admin> (reload the Admin password only), <User> (reload the User password only), and <All> (reload the Admin and User passwords)
