I assume you are talking about the 816 or the 56/120?
Help to know what voicemail of which you are speaking it is.

3am is the default maintenance time.
As the vm shuts down and restarts as part of this process you will get alarms (phone ringing) to the extension/group configured in the system programming (default is the operator group)
