G'day everyone,
Was just wondering if I could get some advice on a DND Issue.
Ill give you an example of the problem to ease my insanity;
Call comes in ISDN to DID tables. Call rings at 101, then B/NA to IRG 2, then IRG 3. When extension 101 activates DND, incoming calls go to IRG 2 as per usual. The problem is that when 101 DND is activated, 102 is not able to be reached internally or through a DID.
Anyone heard of any issues like this? If anymore information is required, ill provide.
Thanks so much for the help!!
Chalky.

Well, I'm an IPX / IPS guy, not IPK, but in the 2000IPS, a group had to have a phantom for a pilot (the first member) and the pilot was always busied out so that the calls would roll to the other members.
So that might be your problem. If you can put in a phantom as a pilot / first member it might solve the problem.
Hunt groups, UCD groups, and I think ring groups had that issue.
