Hey Guys, does anyone know how to reset this phone via the buttons to factory. I believe in a lap environment I had set a vlan up. Cannot seem to get this phone up. I have tryed differnt Ip's and vlans to remote into phone with no joy. I have looked all over for manuals.

On the newer ones, you can push the PGM button while it trys to connect. Not sure if that is the case with the older ones.

Oh I can get into programming and set IP. But vlan setting on this phone is through web port 80 only. cannot seem to set vlan back to none or vlan1.

Sorry to answer my own post. If this happens to someone else its a pain. I would not have like this answer if the list posted it. Unless there is a way to reset this phone via the buttons which would be easier. I shot myself in the foot here. Now that I need this phone had I cocumented it would have saved some time.
Here was the fix. hooked up laptop with vlan tagging enabled used wireshare to find Here is a
Ethernet II (VLAN tagged), Src: Goldstar_01:79:df VLAN tag: VLAN=10, Priority=Video, < 100ms latency and jitter
Found it on vlan10. So I hooked up a cisco switch added a vlan interface in linux and joy I could ping it. So I quickly changed to vlan1 now phone is working Hope this helps if someone runs into this
