I have an IPK revision 4.50 with a pva card revision kernel 2.4.19 rmk4 (vz.11-cns) SP01Q. The problem is low volume on conference calls. I have eliminated the polycom speaker phones. The volume of the recorded announcer is high. But the volume of the callers calling into the conference bridge is very low. Turning up the volume on the polycom does not make a difference. There is a software download cnf_ver201A1.pkg. Will this help. If so, is there a cheat sheet with instructions on how to reset the pva card to default and download the software to the card?
