I have a user who would like to have more than one distinguishing ring tone on his phone. For instance, if a call comes from another extension, he would like that to ring a certain tone. If the call comes from an outside line, he would like that to ring another tone.
Is this possible to set up?

Nope. You can buy a applications that integrate w/ yer fone like Netfone from CTS or Call Viewer from Inter-Tel. They allow you to setup call rules to play certain .wav files on your computer when certain people call, but that's not really a compelling reason to buy those apps...
