Are you talking about the ring back tone that the outside caller hears on transfer or the ring tone that the fones make when they are ringing??

I think that I would dial service code (default) 720 "Set Incoming Ring tones" and get a user to run thru these and find one that suites them..

brokeda, sorry i don't know how to describe the tone but its not a standard phone ringtone.

paulw, does its apply for transferring call also? I though that's only apply for incoming ring tone without transferring.

FYI, actually the phone ring tone change after the operator release the line to the transferred calls.

When you dial the ringtone change service code you are given the option of Internal or external tones. The call being transfered from the operator is classed as Internal (internal ringing) until they exit from the call then it is termed as External (external ringing)..
