Hi,
With ACD it's possible to cue call to one or more station, but is it possible to "log out or to be not available" for a short period of time. Come back to you're station "log back in or available" and take the call that came in while away?

You can either log out (IG key) or put the station in DND to not receive calls

and then I would route the calls to a station group.

You could also make it a UCD/ACD group by changing the GROUP TYPE to UCD and then going into UCD OPTIONS and there you could set up revolving announcements and overflows.

I don't know if it's different up there but here it would be spelled "queue"
