hi there, i have a sv8100 v8 with 5 sip trunks attached for outgoing calls (nextep). probably about 3 or 4 times a day there is an issue where the session of the call is staying open but both parties lose all voice. it is an iplb card in the sv, and the IT company are using a draytek router (sipalg is disabled). any theories to what is causing this would be much appreciated. cheers

You are going to need to setup wireshark to find out where the issue is. I would also setup a ping utility to constantly ping all the IP's in question. Sounds to me you are losing UDP which could be from high latency, firewall issues among other things. If you are using the open internet for these SIP trunks then you will most likely be out of luck.
