I want to control a client's SX50 remotely. With the RMATS card, I'm assuming you need an outboard modem. I do have the universal card. Can someone give me a little info on the RMATS? Thanks

The RMATS is the modem for the 50. You will need a modem at the remote site. You either have the call transferred to 489 (which is the modem's extension) or have it routed via AA or DID or dedicated line. It's sloooow......very slow. 300 baud. You will also have access to some attendant features.

RMATS extension is 498, and is the modem. This is supposing you have the RMATS module installed on the universal card.

Go to the top of this page and click on Equipment. You should find one there if you do a search on Mitel.
