I would like to create a custom route that would display a specific message for my receptionist off my PRI using DID's.
I have Axxess v7.006 software.
I can get it to work, but i have to turn off the external caller-id on her extension, which won't work as she is then totally blind to who is calling.
The option in question is: outside party call information has priority
Does anyone have a clue if this is possible? And if so how?

Create a Call Routing Announcement that plays no greeting and times out transferring to her extension.
Go to Voice Processor\Devices\Applications. Right-click on the right pane and select Create Call Routing Announcement, click OK. Remove the greeting in the Day and Night Greetings folder on your new CRA. Go to Digit Translation and program Timeout to be Transfer to Extension', then the receptionist extension. Under Username for this CRA, type in a name she wants to see when whichever DID is called. Program the DID to ring this CRA and she should see the name you typed in the top 2 lines on her phone.
