hello guys my customer wants to be able to transfer customers to a menu where they can give a choice for a couple other menus. i put vm ports 7 & 8 in to 441. in laptop i directed those ports to menu 04. when i call into 156 and 157 i still get the main menu rather than menu 04. did i omit something. thanks dave

You have not provided enough info for us to help. Are exts 156 and 157 in group 441? Why did you need another voice mail group if calls are being transferred to the AA, why not use a hunt group like 451? Are you sure the greeting for menu 04 is not the same as the main menu?

yes 156 and 157 are in 441. and i did do the greeting for menu 04. not sure whats going on but it looks like they will be happy with a couple info mailboxes. much simpler too!
