Installed a TA824 with TVA50 voicemail at off-campus offices of our college campus. We wanted calls to go to the personal voicemail box on no-answer/busy. So I set it that way: 712107# (vm extension is 107). Transfers are supervised ( i.e. FX )
When a call is transferred by the TVA to an extension, and times out ringing, I hear this: "No one is available to answer the call..to leave a message, press "1"...etc."..
Is there a way to skip this and do what I remember the TVS used to do = simply play the no answer greeting?

Call fwd each phone busy or Na to VM. Might have to adjust the appropriate timers, should work at default.

Also need unsupervised xfer.

Thanks. The unsupervised transfer is what we are missing. Is changing the dialing sequence from FX to FXD in the TVA50 the only change I have to make?

yes fxd is flash transfer Disconect .
