We have a Toshiba CIX 670 with several door phones. Reception phone can unlock the door from their console (one of the keys is programmed to unlock the door).
Is there a way to create a code that reception can use on any phone to unlock a door?

I tried that sequence and it doesn't work.
And by sequence I mean:
without picking up handset... press #12 phone beeps three times and then press 0. (we have 3 door phones so I have tried 0, 1, and 2)
I have also tried
without picking up handset... press #120 (without waiting for beeps)

Misspoke, we have two door phones with locks (got confused with door locks that don't have phones)
And I tried 0-9 for codes. (#12 0, #12 1, #12 2, etc.)
Also tried #15 to see if I could call a door phone and that doesn't seem to work either.
Those codes appear to be in the Flexible Number plan

Have you checked the door phone lock relays? Also I would check the programming on that one phone to see what codes are on the key.

The door locks work fine. The programming on the buttons on the DSS just says Door Lock 1

I believe you mean #12 + a two digit number. So for door lock 1 it would be #12 01.
(That goes for #15 as well - enter a two digit number after it)

Aha! 2 digits - it works!
Didn't think of that.
Thanks
