We are using a toshiba strata cix/ctx and i have a question about putting a call on hold.
currently when a user places a call on hold the phone will do some kind of ringback to alert the user that a call has been placed on hold. currently, this happens after 1 minute. I would like to increase the time it takes for the warning to happen. can anyone point me to the program i can use to change this setting?
