I've come across a customer that has a Panasonic DBS Model #VB42050 32 Port KSU. Is the programming done all from the phone, and does it have any dealer only passwords?
In my experience with other panasonic phone systems they weren't too hard to program, but I'm a bit rusty. I was able to work through them with a manual and a bit of help from the people in this forum.

Yes handset programming
No default password could have one put on by installer
You will need a manaul as it is not menu driven like td / tda
