I have a customer with an NCP500 who needs a IP phone at a remote location, but no VPN in place. Any way to do this on a Panasonic using sip extensions instead of the ip phones? Either a smart phone app or maybe panasonics own KX-UT sets?

Not anything that would not require extra equippment, just as easy to setup vpm
