Has anybody a tool which I can use to open the backup of the voicemail of OS7030, 7100 or SVM-i 20i. I can make a backup of the Voicemail but I cant open the backup, so that I can see the Voicemail like in the device manager. What is included in the backup? Are the announcements of the customer also included. And what is the format of the announcements, so that I can hear them with vlc.

I was able to take the file off the media card, Rename from *.726 to *.g726 and put it through smart audio converter pro. I did not try from a backup. The backup can be open with winrar, so it should work. Let us know

I will try it to do so. First of all I will look for smart Audio converter pro. To open the backup with winrar works. But I want to have the same structur as in the device Manager. And this i not givven with winrar.
