I have a Nitsuko 124i/384i phone. When I am on a call the recording continues to recycle the message..."dial 301 for receptionist, etc" The caller is not allowed the option to leave a message on the mailbox. How can I correct this?

You have to alter the DAT table in the voicemail that is associated with that CRMB.

In addition if it is a I have seen people record: " Hi you have reached ABC compnany...." in the Welcome greeting, then in the Instruction greeting record the exact same thing, then in mailbox 301 (the timeout destination) someone records the same thing.
It appears at first the system is in a loop, when in fact it is user error not recording the correct greeting in the appropriate mailbox.
What model of voicemail do you have?
