I've recently inherited a CIX100 with an LVMU-8 card. I'd like to configure the voicemail to email options and other things... but, I can't find any info on how to configure this card. I have eManager working just fine, but, for the life of me, I can't figure out if I can connect to this card using the network / Ethernet port (I have its IP). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No Voice Mail to EMail with the LVMU. It is just a basic voice mail card with mailboxes and an Automated Attendant.

Ahhh... thanks for the info. So, this Ethernet port on the card, it is just for remote administration? And, what software connects to it?

Shouldn't be an Ethernet port, should be a 6 pin connector.
Strategy VM Manager to program an LVMU, locally. No remote administration, unless you by a convertor that one of the moderators sells.

No remote administration... Has built-in modem... you can call in, dial 993 for modem, and program... (Using VM Manager)

Sorry about that. Totally forgot about modem access, as we haven't been able to support modem programming from our office for years.
Between out VoIP delivered lines, and the dynamic service most clients have, we typically try to put systems on the network for remote programming when possible.
