If you're asking does a 3200 connected to a v7 Axxess support private networking? Yes, provided you have the required hardware and proper PAL chip.

It'll work fine. The only thing w/ 3200's was the QSIG master/slave setting. In the old versions you had to set it in the 3200 to be the opposite of the PRI card. In the newer versions you can force the PRI card to be QSIG master by selecting IP PRIVATE NETWORKING on the PRI card in DB Prog. Then you can set the 3200 to QSIG slave. This was changed to help times when the networking appeared down but one way calling worked. Once the one way call was made, two way calling was restored. There's a write up on this in I-T's knowledge base if you're interested.
Don't stress, just do the upgrade and make sure you flash the T1-E1 card if it doesn't do it automatically.

Just wondering, how did the Interprise 3200n connect (physically) to the Axxess. I don't think I have ever seen one.
