Can the maintenance port on the processor go bad? I tried to log in with the WINSPM and I get a message to check my connection. The cable is fine. All the settings are fine.

Great. I just took this on and looking at the configuration on the attendant console is a pain.

Isn't there still a printer port on the Magix processors? If so, and if you still have an old serial printer laying around, you could connect it to the print port and print from the attendant console under System Programming->System->Prnt...if I remember correctly.
