Gotta gig next week installing an xBlue X16 for a customer that is moving there office. Their new phone service will be via Comcast over the cable modem, then to a converter with 4 analog trunks coming out to the pbx. Has anyone had issues with this type of setup on an xBlue? We've seen some weird stuff using this same setup on an Avaya IP Office with poor audio quality. Just seeing if I needed a heads up on anything. Thanks.

Most, if not all of the X16's that I've installed up are with the cable company as the provider. However, there's no converter up here. Their cable goes directly into their modem/Line box. From there, their techs install D-Marcs.

Only had one issue with low volume, but the client was moving in a month and when in their new location all is Okey Dokey, Tickety Boo! BTW, she LOVES the system!

It will work fine, only thing I would tell you id comcast will usually throw vm on there lines and if they want to use the xblue vm you'll need to have them shut it off.
