You need a pms interface board or unit for the sv8100. I THINK it's a PVA board running pms software.

Yes Pva board, PMS cf card, license, and the USB to serial adapter if they are using a serial interface otherwise, it can send it IP

You only need the PMS PVA card if you want to run the UM8000 voicemail as a part of it. If your running the InMail or the like you only need the Hotel license. We have lots of hotels on SV8100 running PMS with not a PVA cards in site..

Hi paulw
I am about to try and connect a PMS interface of SV8100 to CMS Hospitality software without PVAA board. Have you ever used CMS software before?
Thanks

I would like to run the hotel guest Voice Mail on the In-Mail installed and Admin phones are now using. I never used In-Mail for hotel so I'm looking for so help. Do I just build a mailbox for each guest room? Check In/Out message from PMS system to 9100 CPU will give status and clear guest room Mailboxes of messages?
