Does anyone know if you can access the Dial by name Directory with a dialling code or is # the only access to it.
We want to have in our greeting message to say, dial 1 for external transfer or 2 for mailbox or 3 for Directory service instead of # , is this possible?
I see no means of digit translation for the system, or I just cant find it.
