Just installed an SBX system and customer is getting complaints the MOH is too loud. Is there a way to turn down the volume? The call was coming in on CO line and was placed on hold.

Using PC admin go to nation specific (pgm 411) All RX Gain Control. Find music 1 on the top row of the box. Look for TO ACOB on the left column. Where they meet lower the number. You may have to reset the ksu for the change to take effect.
