We have a client that has an Avaya S8500B with dual T-1 PRI circuits and an Audix LX1000 voicemail unit.
Unit is beleived to be configured to support 14-16 digital stations and up to 72 analog stations (single line phones).
Avaya will not support. No password to S8500B. Voicemail hard drive is throwing bad sector messages on screen. There appears to be modems configured to access both media server and voicemail.
We need someone who can do the following:
A) dial in and configure new T-1 PRI circuits that Verizon is supposed to deliver next week
b) replace hard drive in voicemail unit (Re-image existing drive if possible. We can be boots on the ground at client site).
c) backup configuration and be able to support remotely.

Sounds to me that the customer would be better served with a new system.
