Samsung OfficeServ 7200. I have access to the MMC and VM server.
If I answer an incoming call and transfer the call to another internal EXT the incoming caller does not hear ringing or the hold music. If the incoming caller calls the main line and reaches the auto attendant and dials the EXT from the auto attendant greeting the caller will hear the hold music until the call is answered. How do I make sure incoming callers hear ringing or the hold music when I transfer from my EXT to another EXT?

I figured this out. I set the TRANSFER MOH to OFF in MMC 210.
