Hello all,

I figured you all might be interested in seeing my setup. It's just a basic setup with three key phones right now, with two CO lines and two lines on CNet.

The KSU is a WE 513. It's got four KTUs in it right now, as well as a touch tone/rotary dial intercom and 10 selector rotary intercom. Both of those aren't connected right now.

The labels on all the keys are from the previous places they were used.

564HD on my desk.

I've got a Stromberg-Carlson call director style thats 6 button, but it doesn't have a cable on it right now-that's just how I got it. I'm running on buzzers right now, with help from a friend we determined the ringing generator has an issue. I've got a few other phones coming from eBay... a black 2565 and a beige (same as the pictured 2565) 2830 coming as well. I'll post more photos when the other phones get here.

Looks great Scott!!! Take good care of the equipment. Are the phones Western Electric, something else or a mixture?

Phones are a mixture. I've also got a 2851 in the same color scheme as the 2565 that's pictured but I need to run a cable from the blocks inside it.

Thanks all for the positive comments!

Not be be greedy but I like to see one more photo: a wide angle showing the whole backboard (KSU, 66 blocks, etc. in all their glory).

Nice system! That's good the call director has a modular handset cord. That 564HD looks rugged! It's interesting to have a system with several of the various 1A2 manufacturers and models.

The guy who I got the 564 from offered to list an identical one...So I bought it. So I'll have two of them. I love the way the lamps look with the black phone.

@mphil: The system is actually just sitting on the floor right now. I live in government barracks and I can't exactly drill the KSU into the wall...

Scott, I guess you are still the thin client for Asterisk?

Give me a shout sometime. We need to catchup.

I just pulled out my 551 KSU and replaced it with a 584C panel. 4 lines is just not enough. I had it in service for over 20 years at my house. On the gate above the 584C is a fully built out 6A two-link intercom. 2 of us barely got it mounted to the wall.

I have a FXO trunk setup from my Cisco router into the 6A.
