I have a CS1K release 7.6. I cannot get MOH to work.
It is good going into the switch, My RDB tables are set correctly, FtrData for internal MOH is set correctly, however I have no MOH on internal or external calls.
Thanks for any help

Is it just phones residing in the same network group that get the MOH?
If so, try to program another MUS trunk as an additional member in the same route, program one in each network group and bridge your MOH source to all those TN's.
What is your "MUS CON" count from a SLT?

Fixed
What I found. You need a MOH port on each group and the DTRK routes assigned to the moh port in the same group.
