CTX100 with a PRI, when dialing extension 205s DID only the first call will ring the phone. If they are on the line and a second call comes in, the phone doesnt ring and the caller just hears it ringing. I think I have the DID ringing a MCG (It rings this phone and a cordless) and there are 2 pool lines on the phone. Any help would be great. Thanks

Do you have call button jumping enabled in system data? This would allow the call to come in on the PDN and then jump to one of the pooled line keys once answered, and free up the PDN for the second call.

Thanks for the reply. Im not sure, I didnt enable that. The system is an hour away and I wanted to try to get some ideas before I went down there and pulled the rest of my hair out. That helps

I think its enabled by default so unless you changed it....just something to look for I guess.
