(sorry for the simple question -- I do the simple stuff before I call the tech)
On my CIX670 when in night mode there is one phone that doesn't ring. I have compared it with the ones that do and it is my understanding that if I go to the key tab and roll over the extension button it should tell me how the phone will respond. It appears the same as others that do ring (Day 1, Day2, Night: are all set for Immediate)
Any other place I need to check. (I think this was working before but not quite sure)

Look at your line assignments and see where the lines are set to in night mode. Probably ringing a MCG
