Client closed their office and put their iDCS 100 into storage for 6 months while new building was built. I installed the system in the new office and everything works execpt the SVMI4.
I have defaulted the system and reprogrammed for new set-up. When system powers up at extn 201 the VM Alarm rings with a message of INI then stops, then VM Alarm rings again and the disply shows VM.
The extensions assigned are 213 - 216. All are in Group 519 and are configured as VMAA Ports.
When you dial 213 - 216 or 519 the call is sent to extn 201. Can't get the SVMI to answer.
Extn 201 display shows 1 Message Waiting and the red light flashing - press VMMSG button and display shows "Self Stn"
Ant ideas would be appreciated

Seems you might have to look at the voicemail its self
have you looked at the logs .
