Hello,
I have downloaded the programming manual for the Triad V3.11 and have all of the programming correct as best as I can tell. However the caller ID information is not coming thru to the end users.
I have a standard 2 line cordless phone and it receives caller ID info directly so I know the telephone co service is working correctly just not the Triad....

Triad has become a generic term. We really need more specific info about the system.
Some older Triad systems cannot use the LCI cards with the CID daughter board. Those systems use the outboard caller id module interfaced thru a serial connector.
Can you tell us more about your setup?

You have a Triad-S. It does not have caller id built in. In order to have caller ID you need a separate module (cid-9) that connects up to nine lines. The lines wire in parallel to the unit and the phone system. A ribbon cable from the cid unit is attached to the phone system with an add on siu module that has two db9 ports. The cid-9 mods can be found but the siu mod is very difficult to find.
