I have a Stratagy dk40 with a built in voicemail and nobody knows the passwords for the admin mailbox. is there a default password for mailbox 999? Or is there a way to change the 0 destination from 0 to mailbox 10.

I figured out the admin passcode. Now I just need to change the 0 destination.

If you can get into the admin mailbox through the phone, you can change the extension number for mailbox 0 to be 10. Be sure to also set for blind transfer (is is an option after changing the extension).
There still may be a random message left in mailbox 0, but most callers should ring to ext 10, then forward follow the forwarding for extension 10.
