I have a customer that is a law firm and they asked if there was a way to transfer their messages from the Dispatch to their computer easily. I didn't think there was but I seam to remember that Vodavi offered a PC based VM for a while. Would that allow them to transfer some messages to their computers on a daily basis if necessary. Their current system is a XTS.

You need the XTS Pathfinder Inskin. It comes with a 5 seat license which can be increased to full site for Onelook...sending messages to Outlook, playing them back and deleting or saving from your PC. The voice mail is available from me and some refurbishers. I think you can still get more seats from Vertical. The Pathfinder uses 12 extension ports and is part of the total port count of your XTS.
